All orders are dispatched directly from the Bausch & Lomb Australia warehouse in Rydalmere, Sydney where the largest stocks contact lenses are held, this ensures orders are rarely delayed due to out of stock issues and our customers enjoy same dispatch of their bausch lomb orders, if received by 12noon, Monday to Friday.

On delivery, Bausch Lomb contacts need a signature on delivery, they cannot be left at your property, regardless of delivery instructions that you may provide. This is a Bausch & lomb directive, that we are unable to override.  If no one is home to sign for the parcel the courier will deliver it to the nearest post office, we will send you a text to advise the location and the parcel number you need to provide to collect your lenses within 10 days.

Bausch lomb contact lenses includes Ultra these are available as daily disposables and as monthly wear lenses, please be mindful of these when ordering to ensure you are getting the lenses you have been prescribed.

Purevision 2 are an extended wear contact lens by Bausch and lomb, they can be worn for up to 30 days continuously, this wearing schedule should be approved by your optometrist first, who will be able to recommend how long you can safely wear these lenses for continuously.

Soflens Daily Disposables are still readily available however other Bausch and Lomb Soflens lenses that are featured on the website are made to order and take up to 8 weeks to manufacture. If ordering these older Bausch & Lomb contact lenses, during the lead time we request a free pair of trials of the newer lenses for you to try if you are happy to cover the postage of $6.50.
